There are some great ingredients in this product but it does also contain fragrance which is a synthetic ingredient. Some may have an allergic response to tocopheryl acetate and triethanolamine. DMDM hydantoin is a synthetic that acts as a preservative. Made in small batches to ensure consistency and quality
